The lawmaker said those linked to the crime should be publicly presented and prosecuted without delay to reinforce public confidence in the country's justice system.
Ningi made the call on Wednesday during plenary at the Senate while reacting to the recent rescue of the kidnapped victims after nearly two months in captivity.
According to him, swift legal action against the suspects would send a strong message that criminal acts, particularly attacks on schools, will not go unpunished.
He warned that unnecessary delays in prosecuting the suspects could create doubts about the government's commitment to justice and accountability.
"What is important now is that those arrested should be paraded, prosecuted and allowed to face the full weight of the law," the senator said.
He added that allowing the legal process to drag could encourage criminality and weaken public trust in security institutions.
Ningi urged law enforcement agencies to conclude their investigations quickly and ensure that the suspects are prosecuted in accordance with the law.
Gunmen had earlier attacked Baptist Nursery and Primary School, LA Primary School and Community Grammar School in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State, abducting pupils and teachers.
The victims regained their freedom after spending 56 days in captivity following a joint rescue operation by security operatives.
The senator maintained that beyond rescuing victims, government authorities must ensure that those responsible for such crimes are held accountable to discourage similar attacks in the future.
He also stressed the need for sustained efforts to strengthen security around schools and protect children, teachers and other members of the public from criminal activities.
