SO-SAFE Corp Reunites Lost Maid, 'Pelumi' With Relatives

Operatives of the Ogun State owned security outfit, SO-SAFE Corp on Friday, reunited the house help, Pelumi Idowu-Kuye who lost her way back home with relations.

It would be recalled that First Awareness reported on Thursday that,Pelumi lost her bearing home before landlords in Olorunfewa Community,  Bode - Olude in Abeokuta  metropolis rescued her and handed the 11-years old housemaid to the SO-SAFE Corp in the community.

Pelumi who had claimed to be living with Mrs Ebenezer (Mummy Jomiloju) at Amolasho area of Abeokuta could not traced the specific address  after all efforts hence,she was taken straight to her village  Oyebola in      Obafemi Owode local government by a So safe officer,Mrs Toyin Adesina a.k.a Iya Amosun who was assigned to do so.

At Oyebola village, Miss Pelumi Idowu-Kuye was handed over to her parents Mr and Mrs Idowu-Kuye.

Mr Idowu-Kuye told the So safe officer that Pelumi was living with Mummy Jomiloju a Nurse at Federal Medical Center ( FMC) Idi-aba, Abeokuta at Olokuta and not Amolasho as claimed by Pelumi. 

"We wanted Pelumi to leave in the city and not in the Village like us believing that she would have formal education there and live a better life that is why we handed her over to Mummy Jomiloju. But she has decided not to stay and she wanted to cause  problem for the Woman now.

"We thank the So safe Corps and the Landlords  Association of Olorunfewa Community for their caring and prompt handing over of our daughter to us. We pray to God for His protection and blessings over them, their children and the entire families". Mr Idowu-Kuye appreciated.

Full of joy,Mr Idowu-Kuye said "So Nigeria is still good and safe. I thank God".

Meanwhile,the Administrative officer of So safe Corps, Bodeolude Divisional office,Mr.
Sunday Adeoye a.k.a Orobo has appled to Parents/ Guardians to always monitor their children/ wards saying, the insecurity situation all over the places should be at their conscious minds.
