Ekiti State Police Command has confirmed the kidnapping of ten Person's in the state just as the Command has assured to bring the Kidnappers to book.
The Command assurance came with the declaration of it's Public Relations Officer (PPRO)ASP Sunday Abutu who disclosed that, the Command was already on the trail of the gunmen who carried out the act.
First Awareness reports that, the victims were abducted at Itapaji axis and the abductors have demanded ten million Naira before the victims could regain their freedom.
While responding to questions from journalists on social media, the Public Relations Officer, Ekiti State Police Command ASP Sunday Abutu affirmed that the command was working on the modalities to get them out of their captivity.
According to him, special police operatives as well as the JTF have been deployed to the axis to ensure the rescue of the victims and the possible arrest of the culprits.
