    Breaking News : Niger Permanent Secretary Kidnapped

    The Permanent Secretary in the Niger State Ministry of Transportation, Dr. Ibrahim Garba Musa, has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.

    He was taken away alongside his grand-daughter from their family house in Zungeru, Wushishi local government area of the state.
